Acts Retirement-Life Communities is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to develop and manage an on-campus outpatient Primary Care Practice serving independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing residents.

The role oversees clinical operations, directs care team activities, and ensures compliance with federal and state regulations, while advancing preventative and wellness services for residents to thrive and age in place.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Advanced Nursing; geriatrics preferred.
• Licensed Nurse Practitioner with prescriptive authority in the applicable state.
• Minimum of five years' NP experience in primary/urgent care or medical office settings, particularly geriatrics.
• Experience in continuing care, skilled nursing/long-term care, or assisted living.

Aufgaben

• Provide services across the continuum of care (independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing).
• Build and manage an outpatient Primary Care Practice on campus.
• Plan and direct all functions of the resident care clinical area, including team management and operations.
• Maintain knowledge of long-term care and geriatrics through continuing education; serve as NP student preceptor.
• Contribute to development and implementation of preventative and well-being services.
