Qualifications

• Current RN licensure and Nurse Practitioner certification in the state of practice.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical NP experience in primary care.
• Geriatric care experience preferred and ability to work in nursing homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in nursing homes or long-term care facilities.
• Perform geriatric assessment, medical history, exams, diagnosis, and treatment.
