Job summary

NP Now, LLC is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to deliver geriatric primary care within a premier Life Plan Community on a Georgia campus near Atlanta. You will staff a clinic 8:30–5, Monday–Friday, and lead care alongside a physician and medical director to serve residents across living options.

The role emphasizes relationship-driven care, collaboration, and a patient-centered approach in a senior living setting with 10–12 patients per day and walk-in appointments, ensuring high-quality guidance

Qualifications

• Board-certified Nurse Practitioner with at least 1 year of geriatric experience.
• GA medical license to practice.
• Experience in a clinic setting with 10-12 patients per day.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care to residents in a Senior living community.
• Collaborate with Physician and Medical Director; lead clinic.
• Manage 10-12 patients per day; accommodate walk-ins.

Your Role with the Company

Full-time, M-F, 8:30-5

APRN will manage patients living in the Senior living community in a clinic setting seeing 10-12 patients/day for primary care and walk-in appointments.

Nurse Practitioner will collaborate with a Physician and Medical Director, but will be the lead provider in the clinic.

Background Profile
