Qualifications

• Under supervision, perform a variety of tasks required in the preparation and serving of food.
• Greet customers to ensure positive relationships.
• Operate dishwashing machinery and maintain cleanliness of work areas.
• Count and record amounts of food prepared and/or served.
• Assist cooks in preparing food and handling ingredients.

Responsibilities

• Accurately assemble supplies and materials; set up service area and serve food.
• Hand wash and store pots, pans, and food service equipment.
• Clean equipment and work area, maintaining sanitation and safety.
• Perform cashier duties using computerized machinery and maintain records.
• Set up, operate and clean dishwashing machinery and maintain dishware.
