Job summary

Chapman University is seeking a Temporary Employer Engagement Coordinator to join the oncampus Employer Engagement team. You will develop relationships with local, regional, national, and global employers and coordinate campus recruiting programs to increase opportunities for Chapman students and alumni.

Under supervision, you will manage Handshake and ERM, oversee events, and support The Panther Network mentoring programs, while maintaining exceptional customer service and compliance with

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent plus 1d2 years of fullytime experience in administration, recruiting, or employer engagement.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support day operations of the Employer Engagement team, delivering excellent service to employers, students, alumni and campus partners.
• Coordinate recruiting programs (career fairs, information sessions, oncampus interviews) and manage registrations and schedules.
• Oversee Handshake postings and ERM data tracking; train employers on recruiting tools.
• Lead The Panther Network mentoring program and collaborate with Alumni Engagement.
• Ensure compliance with university policies and privacy requirements.
