Job summary

Chapman University seeks a Teacher Education Fieldwork and Credentials Assistant to support undergraduate and graduate fieldwork within Attallah College of Educational Studies. You will coordinate credential requirements, manage applications, communicate deadlines to students and faculty, and assist with data tracking and program handbooks on a fully on-campus basis.

Qualifications

Strong organizational skills to plan and prioritize work and help students find field placements and credential applications.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

Attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team.
Ability to interpret and apply rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

Assist with undergraduate and graduate fieldwork coordination and Student teaching applications.
Communicate fieldwork protocols and deadlines to students and faculty.
Support student teaching and fieldwork placements and maintain data.
Verify enrollment information and track fieldwork hours.
Update credential handbooks and participate in meetings.
