Job summary

Chapman University in Orange, CA is seeking an Employer Engagement Manager to lead the CPD team's recruiting programs on campus. You will build relationships with local, national, and global employers to expand opportunities for students and alumni, coordinating career fairs, interviews, and events.

Reporting to the Assistant Director, you'll oversee The Panther Network, mentor programs, and manage Handshake/ERM data while delivering outstanding service to employers and students.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of full-time professional experience in administration, recruiting, or employer engagement.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professionalism and excellent customer service.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Strategically manage the university's central recruiting programs.
• Meet CPD goals by increasing quality and quantity of employer engagement.
• Oversee events: career fairs, on-campus interviews, information sessions, site visits.
• Train and supervise student workers inputting data into ERM/Handshake.
• Maintain excellent customer service for employers, students, alumni, and campus partners.
