Job summary

Landmark Properties is seeking an Associate Community Manager to oversee leasing, marketing, and resident services at one of our residential communities. You will lead marketing efforts, monitor occupancy, coordinate tours, and ensure high-quality resident experiences.

You'll maintain data in Entrata, ensure Fair Housing compliance, manage social media updates, and support renewal campaigns while collaborating with the Community Manager and on-site team.

Qualifications

• Experience in property marketing and lease management.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing laws.
• Ability to analyze leasing reports and set pricing.

Responsibilities

• Prepare marketing plans and strategies to meet occupancy goals.
• Monitor leasing reports to optimize rent growth.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws.
• Enter data in Entrata accurately and maintain follow-up.
• Coordinate tours, leads, and renewals.
• Update social media to promote properties.
• Assist in turn plans and property maintenance coordination.
