You will monitor reports, support renewals, and oversee day-to-day property administration, working with the Community Manager to maintain a high standard of service and operational efficiency.

• Accurate data entry and follow-up in Entrata.

Responsibilities

• Develop marketing plans and programs to meet occupancy targets.
• Monitor leasing reports and advise on pricing to optimize rent growth.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company policies.
• Maintain data accuracy in Entrata and ensure timely follow-up.
• Coordinate events and renewals; oversee property communications.
• Manage move-ins/outs and assist with turnover planning.
• Support budgeting and marketing within approved scopes.
• Train staff on leasing procedures and lease documentation.
• Deliver exceptional resident and prospect service and mediation.
