Job summary

South College Orlando campus is seeking a highly motivated Career Services Advisor to join our Student Services Department on campus. This is a Full-Time - On Campus role.

You will assist graduates in securing employment in-field, collaborate with employers, coordinate job placements, advise on resumes and interviews, and plan career services seminars. A Bachelor's degree and 1–3 years of college/university experience are required; you will maintain placement records and report weekly to your

• Ability to develop and present Career Services workshops.

Responsibilities

• Assist all graduates in securing in-field/related field employment to meet placement benchmarks.
• Work with industry/businesses to determine employment needs and promote graduates.
• Coordinate job placements with employers and recommend graduates for interviews.
• Meet with students to provide resources with mock interviewing, resumes, and job-search strategies.
• Plan career services seminars for graduates, alumni, and the public.
• Maintain electronic files and enter placement data in student database.
