South College Orlando is seeking a Career Services Advisor to join the Student Services Department on campus. This full-time, on-campus position focuses on helping graduates secure employment and providing career resources.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of college/university experience, with strong communication, data analysis, and workshop facilitation skills. Responsibilities include coordinating job placements, preparing resumes, and organizing career

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1-3 years’ experience at a college or university setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to gather data, compile reports, and analyze information.
• Ability to develop and present Career Services workshops.

Responsibilities

• Assist graduates with securing in-field employment and coordinate with employers.
• Provide resume/cover letter support and mock interviews.
• Plan and conduct Career Services seminars and workshops.
• Maintain graduate placement records and generate annual statistics.
• Coordinate on-campus job fairs and attend community events.
