Job summary

Success Education Colleges is seeking a Career Advisor to support students and graduates in securing employment after program completion. You will provide one-on-one career guidance, resume and interview coaching, and help with job search strategies, while building relationships with externship sites and employers.

You will generate employer leads, track placements, meet weekly goals, and maintain accurate records, collaborating with faculty to optimize student outcomes and ensure prompt job

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Minimum of three years of administrative and customer service experience.
• Experience in Career Services or job development preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one employment assistance to students and graduates.
• Generate employer database through outreach and site visits.
• Meet weekly placement goals and 90-day employment verification.
• Develop extern site opportunities and maintain relationships with extern sites and employers.
• Assist with resume writing, interview techniques, and job search coaching for students.
• Maintain accurate records of student, graduate, and employment data.
