Job summary

Success Education Colleges (SEC) is seeking a Career Advisor to guide current students and graduates in career planning and job search strategies. You will generate employment leads and manage externship relationships to support placements.

Responsibilities include resume coaching, interview preparation, and tracking weekly placement outcomes while collaborating with faculty and external employers to maximize employment opportunities after program completion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Minimum three years of administrative and customer service experience.
• Experience in Career Services, job development or staffing preferred.
• Strong English communication and professional presentation.
• Ability to build relationships with employers and extern sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one career advising to students and graduates.
• Generate job leads and meet placement goals.
• Maintain relationships with externship sites and employers.
• Assist graduates with resume writing, interview techniques and job search.
• Track placements and document employment outcomes weekly.
