Job summary

You will troubleshoot plumbing, electrical and mechanical components, conduct tests with meters and sensors, and complete required paperwork for payment processing.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Excellent time management and ability to work independently.
• Own smartphone and ability to report via email.
• Physical ability to bend, squat, and climb stairs or ladders.
• English communication required.
• Provide own transportation and tools for on-site visits.

Responsibilities

• Establish positive relationships with customers and store management through effective communication and service delivery.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service to ensure a satisfying client experience.
• Perform preventative maintenance such as filter replacements, UV lamp installations, battery changes, and equipment upgrades.
• Troubleshoot and read pressure gauges, flow meters, and detect leaks; use multimeters and perform water sampling.
• Address repair needs, including fixing leaks, tightening fittings, replacing valves and components.
• Be available for occasional emergency service calls with on-site response within 24–48 hours.
• Complete and submit all paperwork for payment processing.
