Job summary

National Water Services, LLC. is seeking a dedicated Service Technician in Saint Louis, MO to provide preventative maintenance and on-site repairs for water-dispensing cabinets.

You will establish strong relationships with customers and store management while delivering exceptional service. The role requires knowledge of plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems, professional conduct, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical equipment.
• Professionalism with strong time management; ability to work independently.
• Use of smartphone and emailing for reporting.
• Physical ability to bend, squat, climb stairs or ladders.
• Excellent English communication.
• Provide own transportation and tools for on-site visits.

Responsibilities

• Establish and foster positive relationships with customers and store management.
• Deliver exceptional customer service for a satisfying client experience.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on water-dispensing cabinets (filters, UV lamps, batteries, upgrades).
• Troubleshoot and report readings from gauges, meters; detect leaks; use multi-meters and conduct water tests.
• Address repair needs including leaks, fittings, valves, tubing, and electrical components.
• Occasionally respond to emergency service calls; respond within 24–48 hours as required.
• Complete and submit paperwork for payment processing promptly.
