Qualifications

• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical and mechanical equipment.

• Physical ability to bend, squat, climb stairs or ladders.

Responsibilities

• Establish relationships with customers and store management and provide service.
• Deliver exceptional customer service for clients.
• Perform proactive maintenance: filter replacements, UV lamp installations, battery changes, upgrades.
• Troubleshoot gauges, flow meters, leaks; use multi-meters and conduct water tests.
• Address repairs: leaks, fittings, valves, wiring and components.
• Occasionally respond to emergency calls; on-site within 24–48 hours for urgent needs.
• Complete paperwork for payment processing.
