Qualifications

• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical and mechanical equipment.

• Proficient in using a smartphone and email for reporting.
• Physically capable to bend, squat, climb stairs or ladders.
• Communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Establish positive relationships with customers and store management through effective service delivery.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service for a satisfying client experience.
• Perform proactive maintenance tasks (filters, UV lamps, batteries, upgrades).
• Read and report pressure gauges and flow meters; diagnose leaks with multi-meters and water tests.
• Address repair needs including leaks, fittings, valves, tubing, wiring and components.
• Be available for occasional emergency service calls; respond within 24-48 hours for urgent cases.
