Responsibilities

• Establish positive relationships with customers and store management through clear communication and service.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a satisfying client experience.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs (filters, UV lamps, batteries, upgrades).
• Troubleshoot by reading gauges, meters, leak detection; use multi-meters and conduct water tests.
• Address repairs (leaks, fittings, valves, wiring) as needed and coordinate scheduling.
• Be available for occasional emergency calls and respond within 24–48 hours when urgent.
• Complete all paperwork for payment processing promptly.
