The role requires strong customer service, showmanship, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. Prior cinema/venue supervision is preferred; on-site collaboration is essential.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years operating a high-profile cinema or event venue, including supervising a team.
• Must enjoy working with the public with a customer-centric approach.
• Knowledge of admissions, Mobile POS, and online ticketing systems.
• Strong showmanship.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee theater operations and lead Theater Staff during shows and events.
• Ensure facilities are in optimal condition for movie experience and manage seating/admissions issues.
• Lead daily team briefings and run-of-show for screenings and events.
• Coordinate with in-house projection/AV staff and external clients.
• Maintain screening information in databases and communicate event policies.
