Responsibilities

• Cooks and prepares food following approved recipes and production standards.
• Supervises hourly food service associates; interviews, schedules, trains, and counsels.
• Maintains sanitation of equipment, supplies and workstation.
• Handles inventory and monitors deliveries; informs supervisor when stock is low.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
