Responsibilities

• Cooks and prepares food following approved recipes and production standards.
• Supervises hourly food service associates: interviewing, scheduling, payroll, training, counseling, reviews.
• Stores food in designated areas following safety procedures.
• Ensures proper food handling, presentation and temperature control.
• Maintains sanitation of equipment, supplies and utensils.
• Interacts with customers to resolve complaints in a friendly manner.
• Keeps up with peak production and service hours.
• Monitors inventory and deliveries; tracks production, consumption and waste.
