Qualifications

• Previous kitchen experience required.
• On-call schedule with variable days and hours.

Responsibilities

• Cooks and prepares food following approved recipes and production standards.
• Supervises hourly kitchen staff, including interviewing, scheduling, payroll, training, and performance reviews.
• Stores food in designated areas following safety procedures.
• Maintains proper food handling and serving temperatures.
• Keeps workstation and equipment clean and organized during service.
• Interacts with customers to address queries and feedback.
• Explains daily menu items to staff and customers.
• Monitors peak production times and inventory levels.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
