NorthPoint is seeking a Service Technician to join our team and uphold a high standard of resident service. The role involves troubleshooting and repairing essential systems, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance, and maintaining property standards across the community.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, EPA HVAC certification, and a valid driver’s license, with strong customer service and teamwork skills. This is an on-site role with comprehensive benefits.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or GED or related training.
• EPA Universal HVAC Certification.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to transport items up to 25 pounds.
• Experience in excellent customer service.

Responsabilidades

• Handle resident service requests in a timely manner.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, HVAC, appliances, carpentry and electrical.
• Comply with OSHA/EPA regulations.
• Maintain the exterior/interior of the community to exceed apartment living standards.
• Ensure the community and staff follow Fair Housing regulations.
• Perform any other day-to-day tasks as needed.
