Job summary

NorthPoint Development is seeking a Service Technician to maintain and repair community infrastructure, including plumbing, HVAC, appliances, carpentry and electrical.

Respond to resident service requests, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and keep the property in top condition. Requires EPA HVAC certification, a valid driver's license, and strong customer service. This role involves on-call duties and outdoor work as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• EPA Universal HVAC certification.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and work indoors and outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests in a timely manner.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, HVAC, appliances, carpentry and electrical systems.
• Comply with OSHA/EPA regulations.
• Maintain interior and exterior common areas to high living standards.
• Support Fair Housing practices and community policies.
