Job summary

NorthPoint is seeking a Service Technician to join our property-management team. You will address resident service requests, troubleshoot and repair plumbing, HVAC, appliances, carpentry and electrical systems, and uphold OSHA/EPA standards. A valid driver’s license and EPA HVAC certification are required, with a strong customer-service mindset.

Your role spans indoor/outdoor work, multi-tasking, and collaboration with teammates to maintain community quality and safety.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or related experience.
• EPA Universal HVAC certification is required.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License.
• Customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Resolve resident service requests in a timely manner.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, HVAC, appliances, carpentry and electrical systems.
• Comply with OSHA/EPA regulations.
• Maintain exterior/interior of community to high standards.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws in operations.
