Job summary

AdvisaCare is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator on-call to support patients by triaging calls, managing caregiver and client schedules, and coordinating after-hours staffing within the service area.

You must be a high school graduate with a valid driver's license and auto insurance, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel up to 1.5 hours. Drug screen and background check are required; 7 days on/7 days off with 5:00 PM–8:00 AM shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED.
• Valid Driver’s License/Auto Insurance.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to travel within the service area (1.5 hours).
• Ability to pass a drug screen and clear background.

Responsibilities

• Answer and triage calls from caregivers, clients and prospects.
• Manage client and caregiver schedules to ensure every shift is staffed.
• Ability to be on-call for after business hour calls and scheduling modifications.
• Willing to work in field caregiving as needed.
• 7 days on/ 7 days off—willing to be flexible.
• 5:00PM–8:00AM shifts.
