Job summary

AdvisaCare in East Lansing, MI is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to support our care team. You will answer calls, triage inquiries, and manage client and caregiver schedules to ensure every shift is adequately staffed and matched to create a positive caregiver-client dynamic.

You will maintain time reporting for billing and payroll, assist with office administration, and be on-call after hours for scheduling changes. Travel within the service area may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Answer and triage calls from caregivers, clients and prospects.
• Manage client and caregiver schedules to ensure each shift is staffed.
• Determine optimal client and caregiver matches for a good relationship.
• Maintain time reporting for accurate billing, payroll and care notes.
• Assist with all aspects of office administration.
• On-call for after-hours scheduling modifications.
• Occasional field caregiving as needed.
