Job summary

AdvisaCare is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator on-call to build strong relationships with patients by coordinating care plans and staffing. You will triage calls, manage caregiver schedules, and be ready to assist in the field as needed from Lansing, MI.

The role includes after-hours on-call duties, seven days on / seven days off flexibility, and a commitment to high-quality, personalized care for clients in their familiar surroundings.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED.
• Valid Driver’s License/Auto Insurance.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to travel within the service area (1 hour and a half).
• Ability to pass a drug screen and clear background.

Responsibilities

• Answer and triage calls from caregivers, clients and prospects.
• Manage client and caregiver schedules to ensure every shift is staffed.
• Be on-call for after-hours calls and scheduling modifications.
• Willing to work in the field caregiving as needed.
• 7 days on / 7 days off; willing to be flexible.
• Shift timing: 5:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
