AdvisaCare in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to transform scheduling into reliable, compassionate care. You will manage daily schedules, triage incoming calls from caregivers, clients and prospects, and help ensure every shift is staffed with the right match.

This role emphasizes accuracy in time reporting for billing, payroll and care notes, plus on-call availability for after-hours scheduling. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Reliable transportation.
• CPR Certification.
• Ability to pass a drug screen/background check.
• Ability to travel within service area.

Responsabilités

• Answer and triage calls from caregivers, clients and prospects.
• Manage client and caregiver schedules to ensure every shift is staffed.
• Determine optimal client and caregiver matches to ensure the right dynamic and a balanced relationship.
• Maintain compliance with time reporting for accurate billing, payroll and care notes.
• Assist with all aspects of office administration.
• Be on-call for after-hours calls and scheduling modifications.
