Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• QMHA credentials preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to administer CPR and Naloxone.
• Comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities

• Support residents toward goals using strength-based approaches.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and life skills.
• Facilitate meals and provide opportunities for skills training.
• Document engagement notes and shift reports for resident charts.
• Participate in team meetings and safety drills.
