New Narrative in Portland, Oregon seeks a Residential Support Specialist to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in our mental health residential programs. The RSS helps residents build life skills, supports daily living tasks, and ensures a safe, orderly home environment.

You will participate in crisis de-escalation, medication management, and community engagement, while adhering to Oregon rules and program policies. Must be 18+, CPR cert, and committed to compassionate care.

Qualifications

• CPR certification required.
• Naloxone administration capability preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• QMHA credentials preferred is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and life skills.
• Support residents in medication management and appointment attendance.
• Engage residents in group activities and community engagement.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized residential environment.
• Complete shift notes and incident reports as required by policy.
