Job summary

New Narrative is seeking a Residential Support Specialist to join our nonprofit team in the Portland metro area. You will work on-site across residential locations, supporting residents with daily living, life skills, and therapeutic activities within a multidisciplinary team.

You'll help maintain safety, participate in group activities, and ensure accurate documentation at the end of each shift. CPR and Naloxone administration may be required, with opportunities to grow in QMHA-aligned

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age and capable of implementing emergency procedures and disaster plan.
• Must be able to administer CPR and Naloxone (Narcan).
• Must be comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support to residents with activities of daily living and life skills.
• Participate in Team Based Care and attend staff meetings.
• Assist with medication management and safety procedures.
• Document shift notes, engagement notes, and incident reports.
