Job summary

New Earth Residential is seeking a Service Technician to join our maintenance team. You will perform general maintenance in common areas and assist with apartment service requests, reporting to the Service Supervisor and Community Manager.

The role requires handling emergencies, prioritizing resident satisfaction, and upholding safety standards. The ideal candidate holds a high school diploma, may have HVAC/R certification, and can lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• HVAC/R certification preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed oral and written instructions.
• Willingness for nights/weekends emergency calls.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance support in common areas and occupied apartments.
• Be available for on-call responsibilities as needed.
• Complete service requests in line with standards and ensure resident satisfaction.
• Oversee maintenance of mechanical systems and property value.
• Maintain cleanliness of grounds and report improvements.
• Work safely and deliver courteous, 5-star resident service.
