Holladay Properties is seeking a Residential Maintenance Technician to uphold the safety and comfort of our apartment communities in Nashville. The role covers routine preventive maintenance, repairs, and on-call duties to ensure property standards are met.

You will be responsible for inspecting and maintaining facilities, coordinating with the Property Manager, and upholding safety regulations while delivering excellent resident service.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Able to read and follow instructions, warnings, procedures, etc.
• Able to effectively and professionally communicate both orally and in writing.
• Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
• Able to follow company procedures regarding proper key control.
• Possess excellent customer service skills.
• Able to inspect rooftops effectively.
• Able to maintain a professional appearance.
• Able to communicate effectively by using a cell phone and computer.
• Able to perform routine maintenance and repairs.

Responsabilités

• Maintain the physical integrity of the apartment community and ensure a safe, secure, and comfortable living environment.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on equipment and systems.
• Inspect and maintain tools and utilities; coordinate major repairs with the Property Manager.
• Manage make-ready repairs and assist make-ready staff as needed to meet deadlines.
• Respond to on-call maintenance requests and participate in snow removal and seasonal tasks.
• Follow safety protocols, OSHA/ADA guidelines, and applicable laws across the property.
