You will read blueprints, perform preventive maintenance, respond to service calls, and coordinate with tenants while maintaining a professional appearance and top-notch customer service in a dynamic property management environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Able to read and follow instructions, warnings, procedures, etc.
• Able to communicate effectively in writing and speech.
• Available to work evenings and weekends.
• Able to read blueprints and understand building systems.

Responsibilities

• Repairs, installs, replaces and maintains machinery, electrical equipment, fixtures and plumbing.
• Replaces light bulbs where needed and performs preventive maintenance.
• Complies with life safety codes, EPA and OSHA regulations.
• Provides on-call coverage on a rotational basis.
• Reads blueprints, life safety, fire control and security systems.
• Interacts professionally with tenants and the public.
• Maintains company vehicles/equipment and completes work orders.
• Drives agency vehicles as required and enters data for management.
