Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to maintain the physical aspects of properties, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and functionality across buildings and common areas in Nashville.

You will handle routine and preventive maintenance, assist with make-ready of vacants, manage inventory, and support cost-control by repairing parts when feasible. A flexible schedule including on-call is required.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1 and II or Universal refrigerant certification required.
• Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property, if applicable.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and on-call during holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform and diagnose work orders and preventative maintenance per policies and safety standards.
• Complete make-ready process for vacant units, including inspections and scheduling vendors.
• Track materials and return unused items; notify supervisor for re-orders.
