You will perform routine and emergency repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry, handle unit turns, and support preventative maintenance programs.

Work includes on‑call rotations, weekend/holiday coverage, and responsive service to residents, with a focus on safety, cleanliness, and professional communication.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of general property maintenance and repair techniques.
• Experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks.
• Familiarity with pool care, landscaping, and grounds maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency repairs on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances.
• Complete apartment unit turns per standards and timelines.
• Respond to work orders within 24 hours.
• Conduct scheduled preventative maintenance and inspections.
• Maintain interior and exterior common areas safety and cleanliness.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies as on-call.
• Document work, parts used, and follow-up items.
• Assist with training and supporting junior staff.
