Job summary

COMPASS CONCIERGE SERVICES is seeking On-Call Residential Concierge staff across DC, VA, and MD. You will cover shifts at multiple Compass properties, greet residents, manage access and packages, and respond to requests with Compass-level service.

The role requires reliability and the ability to adapt to different environments. Available shifts are 7:00 AM-3:00 PM, 3:00 PM-11:00 PM, and 11:00 PM-7:00 AM, with pay at $19-20 per hour and an on-call employment type.

Qualifications

Strong customer-service and communication skills.
Dependable attendance and punctuality.
Ability to adapt quickly to different properties and procedures.
Professional judgment and comfort working independently.
Strong written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist residents, guests, vendors, and prospective residents
Manage visitor access, packages, deliveries, and resident requests
Learn and follow property-specific procedures and expectations
Communicate professionally with residents, property management, and Compass leadership
Maintain accurate shift notes, incident documentation, and building records
Monitor lobby activity and maintain a professional front-desk environment
Respond appropriately to resident concerns, unexpected situations, and emergencies
Adapt quickly when working at different Compass properties
