Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as a receptionist or customer service representative.
• Office environment experience with interruptions and coordinating with residents and team members.
• Bookkeeping, light typing.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, visitors and vendors and coordinate needs at Crista Shores.
• Answer phone calls to Crista Senior Community and CRISTA Ministries as needed.
• Sign in/out visitors/vendors and respond to alarms; triage for fire and disaster.
• Coordinate events, bus trip reservations and guest apartment scheduling.
• Maintain petty cash, track maintenance requests and assist with daily mail.
• Prepare resident monthly payments for deposits.
• Provide admin support to the Administrator and Business Office Manager.
• Maintain confidentiality and proper documentation; pass background checks as required.
