Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician for Trailside NoDa in Charlotte, NC. The role involves performing technical and mechanical work to keep the property meeting Greystar's standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, making-ready vacant units, inventory management, and on-site maintenance tasks. EPA Type 1/II or Universal refrigerant certifications are required, along with a valid driver's license for golf-cart operation

Qualifications

• Experience performing maintenance on residential properties.
• Ability to diagnose and repair defects in buildings, grounds, and common areas.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance.
• Execute make-ready process for vacant units and coordinate vendors.
• Track inventory and ensure materials are stocked for maintenance tasks.
• Document service requests accurately for records.
• Maintain grounds and common areas, including pressure-washing and painting as needed.
• Contribute to cost-control by repairing rather than replacing parts when feasible.
