Greystar seeks a Service Technician for The Grace at Tryon in Charlotte, NC. The role ensures the property meets safety and cleanliness standards through maintenance, inspections, and on-site support.

Responsibilities include diagnosing defects, repairs, coordinating vendors, managing supplies, documenting work orders, and assisting with grounds upkeep and safety compliance. A valid driver’s license and EPA refrigerant certifications are required.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant certifications required (Type 1 & II or Universal).
• State/county certifications required by jurisdiction.
• Valid driver’s license to operate golf carts on property.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and preventative maintenance per safety standards.
• Complete make-ready process for vacant units and coordinate with vendors.
• Track inventory and restock materials; notify supervisor on re-orders.
• Document service requests accurately for tracking.
• Maintain grounds and common areas; perform cleaning and painting as needed.
• Assist cost-control by repairing parts rather than replacing.
