You will inspect and document tasks, manage inventory, and help maintain common areas while supporting cost-control initiatives. EPA refrigerant certification is required for eligible technicians.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of property maintenance experience required.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance per policy and safety standards.
• Prepares vacant homes for leasing via make-ready inspections and punch lists.
• Maintains inventory, procures supplies, and coordinates with vendors.
• Documents service requests accurately for tracking.
• Maintains grounds and amenities and supports cost-control initiatives.
