• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident work orders and service requests in a timely manner.
• Prepare apartments for new move-ins and complete maintenance tasks.
• Inspect the property and perform routine repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Coordinate with vendors as needed and participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
