Job summary

Paycom is seeking a proactive Maintenance Technician to service apartment communities in Raleigh, NC. You will diagnose and repair issues in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and pools, and ensure quick response to service requests.

Prepare units for new residents and maintain common areas for strong curb appeal. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, HVAC certification, two years of related experience, and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Qualifications

HVAC certification is required.
Two years of related apartment maintenance experience.
Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
Pool experience not required but a plus.

Responsibilities

Maintain property to ensure good working order and curb appeal.
Diagnose and solve maintenance issues across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances and pools.
Complete service requests within 24 hours.
Respond to 24-hour maintenance emergencies as needed.
Prepare apartments for new residents promptly following standards.
Perform daily grounds maintenance for excellent curb appeal.
Inspect mechanical systems and equipment for proper performance.
Report problems to Maintenance Supervisor and maintain equipment.
Adhere to safety standards and safety procedures.
Maintain records of scheduled maintenance procedures.
