Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a maintenance technician to ensure the physical aspects of property meet company standards. Responsibilities include completing work orders, making-ready units, inventory management, and keeping documentation up to date.

The role requires 1–2 years of maintenance experience, EPA refrigerant certifications, and a valid driver’s license for on-site operations. This is an on-site Torrance, CA position with safety and cost-control responsibilities.

Competenze

• 1-2 years of maintenance experience is required.
• EPA Type 1/II or Universal refrigerant certifications are required where applicable.
• Must have a valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Mansioni

• Complete work orders from resident requests and perform preventive maintenance.
• Finish the make-ready process for vacant units and coordinate vendors as needed.
• Track inventory, obtain supplies, and notify supervisors for re-orders.
• Document all service requests promptly and accurately.
• Help maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities; clean and paint as needed.
• Support cost-saving by repairing parts when possible and using tools correctly.
