Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair defects, perform maintenance per policies and codes
• Complete make-ready tasks for vacant units and schedule vendors as needed
• Track materials, inventory, and notify supervisor when re-ordering is required
• Document service requests accurately for record keeping
• Maintain grounds and common areas, perform cleaning and painting as needed
• Assist in cost-control by using parts efficiently and avoiding waste
