Job summary

Hillpointe is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure that the property's buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality standards.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, inspections, and preparing vacant apartments, while managing inventory and assisting in grounds upkeep. The role includes a rotating on-call schedule with weekends, evenings, and mornings.

Qualifications

• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues in buildings and common areas.
• Follow safety standards and codes; perform preventive maintenance.
• Complete pre-move-out inspections and maintenance work orders.
• Manage inventory, scheduling, and supplies; document work.
• Adhere to safety protocols; participate in safety meetings.
• EPA Type I/II or Universal refrigerant certifications or willingness to obtain.
• Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property.
• High School diploma/GED with related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders for resident requests and preventive maintenance.
• Inspect property to ensure quality and address needs.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new tenants.
• Manage inventory and order supplies.
