Job summary

Hillpointe is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform technical and mechanical tasks across the property's buildings and grounds, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

You will complete work orders, inspect units, manage inventory, support on-call rotations, and maintain documentation, with EPA refrigerant certifications preferred and a valid driver's license to operate a golf cart.

Qualifications

• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues in buildings and common areas.
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure functionality and safety.
• Document work orders, inspections, and upkeep activities.
• Manage inventory and coordinate supplies for maintenance tasks.
• Follow safety protocols and regulations; participate in safety meetings.
• Communicate effectively with management, residents, vendors, and contractors.
• Support in on-call rotations and weekend/evening shifts as needed.

Responsibilities
