Job summary

Hillpointe is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure that the property's buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality standards.

The role performs technical and mechanical tasks, completes work orders for resident requests, conducts inspections, prepares vacant apartments, manages inventory, and supports cost-cutting and safety initiatives. The position requires rotating on-call availability including weekends, evenings, and mornings.

Qualifications

• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues in buildings and common areas.
• Troubleshoot problems and perform repairs in compliance with safety standards and codes.
• Complete pre-move-out inspections and maintenance work orders thoroughly.
• Manage inventory, schedule vendors and contractors, and monitor materials.
• Adhere to safety protocols and attend safety meetings.
• Communicate with management, residents, vendors, and contractors effectively.
• Possess or obtain EPA Type I/II/Universal refrigerant certifications.
• Hold a valid driver’s license to operate on-site vehicles.
