Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance across the property. You will diagnose issues, repair systems, and ensure the physical aspects meet safety and appearance standards. Schedule includes Monday–Friday with on-call rotation.

You will handle make-ready tasks for vacant units, track inventory, and document all service requests precisely, while supporting grounds upkeep and safety practices on site.

Qualifications

• Experience completing work orders and preventive maintenance.
• Able to perform make-ready tasks for vacant units and coordinate vendors.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose defects and repair in accordance with safety standards and codes.
• Complete make-ready process to prepare vacant apartments for leasing and move-ins.
• Track inventory, obtain supplies, and notify supervisor for re-orders.
• Document service requests accurately for tracking and reporting.
• Maintain grounds and common areas, and assist with safety compliance.
